After the success of the 2014 and 2015 editions, we decided to distil a new version of the Gin that celebrates the most Portuguese of pears - Pera Rocha do Oeste DOP.The botanicals used in this limited edition are:Juniper, coriander seed, Rocha pear, orange, mandarin and Alentejo lemon peel, lemon balm, mandarin leaf, lavender, elderflower, clove, Germanic iris, liquorice, angelica root, laurel seed and Alentejo almond."
