Citrus color, with greenish reflections, aroma with tropical notes, seasoned with slight vegetal notes, reminiscent of green asparagus. Vibrant and fresh acidity, mineral notes and a slight vegetal note, denoting characteristics of the Atlantic Terroir.

The Sado is the most important river in the wine-growing region of the Setúbal Peninsula and has a unique ecosystem that harbours an enormous diversity of natural life. Its estuary is home to the largest community of bottlenose dolphins in Europe.
